I did it myselve. Yo uneed the measure the clearence remove the current shim and measure that.
Lets say the clearance is 5micro meters to much. so you ned a shim that is 5micro thicker. You then measure the current shim at 60 micrometers you will then need an 65. You could get them at most work shops. I beliece a couple mazda's use the same type of plates!
