When you say 200HP, it is at wheel or flywheel?

I have my ae with a a silvertop turbo at 11psi , no problem with the the tranny I purchase the car that way and the setup has been for a while no problem at all. I haven’t gone to the dyno but at least it has 200hp at the wheels
