The actual maps are most probably stored in the socketed EPROM chip ("RALLY4") but it would be very difficult to know exactly which address they're located on within the image. In order to find this out, we'd need to disassemble and analyze the actual program code which the ECU is running and figure out how it accesses the maps. And to be able to do this, we'd also need an image of the program code, which I believe is on the other EPROM ("001"), soldered on the board.
