If you are building a drag car: go for it.
There is actually someone I know who is almost finished with this swap, might be interesting to get some real life impressions. My personal choice would be a lighter boosted engine that you could mount as far backwards as the 4A-GE. Power output is still easily in the 300+hp range so no shortage in that department. The 7MGTE will have a lot of weight sticking out towards the front of the car, potentially ruing any chance of a quick turning car...then again, with that much hp, you'll probably have other things on your mind.
