I think he had it for half a year. Engine blew 4 times.
2 times the big ends.
Next the wastegate died, took (T25) turbo and AFM/MAP or whatever it's using with it and again the big ends.
The last one, sounded like a wizzly-wobbly piston, but probably the big ends again.

I do miss the moments when that stupid thing ran without problems.
The kick in the back when the engine revs over 3500 rpm was brilliant!
Sounded fooking nice!

But the are questions about the quallity of the engine after it was overhauled. But i dont have anymore aith in the ca18det

But if you scroll on sxoc.nl trough the tecnical topictitels, you'll see that there are very much topics with engines that doesnt run like it should. Rattles, stuttering, losing boost etc. A shame really, cause when it works, it's a beast!
