Probably has the whole hilux rear swapped in..That means rewelding all the 5 link connection supports and possibly the shock mounts too..pretty difficult thing to do, and if I'm not mistaken wider then stock as well.

The 8" toyota rears do have lots of jeep parts for em..so cheap LSD's ring and pinionsets etc.

A wheel to steer the front of the car
A pedal to steer the rear
