Thanks Ivan. That's life living with an RHD in a LHD country.

I was looking on how I could have identified it was a 3 door trim piece when I noticed there is a difference on the B-pillar side as well:

I kind of assumed the 2 door and 3 door trim pieces were the same up to the B-pillar, but this means the B-pillar trims are also incompatible.

And a quick search on Buyee revealed they are indeed different:
