So... This isn't dead. In January of 2024 our landlord at the shop told us we had to be out by May 1st, (allegedly they wanted a retail auto shop type insurance($$) ). So I had a huge decision to make... stop the project, or have a professional restoration shop take it over, I chose the latter....

The headers are built.
