The kouki indicators are bigger (higher) than the zenki indicators, so they simply won't fit.
Like Pack says, the glass of the MR2 indicators is the same shape/size and fitting holes are also at the same spot. I replaced the glass of my JDM Trueno with the ones from the MR2 to make them legal in NL.
