Right know i'm driving a BMW E36 and a Lotus Exige S2.

A friend of mine bought 2 AE86 a few weeks ago. I joked that i would buy one. After a restless night of thinking and watching Best Motoring i contacted my friend and bought the AE86 coupe.

Unfortunetaly the body need a full restauration. On the good side it has a LSD, tuned cams (idle it pretty rough) and an oil cooler.

My goal is to build a nice weekend car. The problem with the lotus is that it is very capable but to get the most of of it you need a racetrack. And to a certain limit it is pretty easy to drive.
I want a bigger thrill at moderate speed if that make sense.

thanks, it is defintely a virus/rabbit hole. There are so many variant of the 4AGE even with it's short life cycle. And also lots of content on youtube which is great.
