11115-16111 IS an OEM head gasket. (and it look genuine to me)
Compare it to the 11115-16070 (16V) and you will see the holes are pretty much the same (size wise).

Now, if you want something "performance" oriented, go with a TRD 11115-AE001

On this one, yes the holes are bigger, but it's not designed for just your daily commute.
