^Mine didn't fit, but it was a custom request in 409 stainless that they hadn't done before on the ae86 unit (normally they come in mild steel). It fit on their jig, but they said the 409 may have reacted differently than they were use to when exposed to heat cycles in the ceramic coating process... I will say Martelius' customer service is among the best I've encountered and they gave me a full refund.
To everyone else: I'm curious if there's any surface corrosion (and how bad) with the martelius 4-2-1 over time, and if any of you with it park the car outside? I've got a trd 4-1 (oem ceramic coated) and it has surface corrosion on the bottom of the dp that runs along the frame rail under the car. I have no idea what type of steel trd used. |
