You sure you got the right one ?
Because they make 2 models:
Toyota:

I believe they're both hub centric with the stud pattern you choose.

For the grease cap, that's mentioned on their shop but I agree that sucks (that would be 1000 time better if they could make a Toyota grease cap version of their hub)
