Turbo is knowledge intensive...not money intensive. If you don't know what parts are needed, then you probably shouldn't be thinking about a turbo project just yet.
First read around and learn about them. http://www.howstuffworks.com is a great place to start and there are many more on the net. Once u understand how a turbo + auciliary systems work, then you'll know exactly what you need and where you can get the parts cheaply. The 4A-GTE is not a factory engine like the GZE.
