4age bottom end knock :( help please
Hi there I'm new to owning an AE86 and im new on here so I'm not fully clued up on my AE86 yet. Basically it has developed a bottom end knock and I would like to rebuild it but I believe it's not as easy as that :/
I think the con rod bearings are knackered. Questions, where can I get new shells? Can someone help me with measurements and torque settings? And finally what do I need to know about the correlation between the crankshaft and bearings? Would it be easier to just buy another bottom end? Any help will be greatly appreciated! |
