Again: LSD oil

Sorry to have another topic but the search function creates confussion:
Some recommended oils I can not find, and other proposed oils are not for LSD according to the manufacturer...

So,
Which oil should go in the OE LSD diff?

Anyone has any trick to release the drain plug. Mine is extremely thight. I tried already until I looked like this --> Angry
