Brake master cylinder

An old thread but a goodie.

May I just add, after bench bleeding the master cylinder, when you reinstall it, make sure the hard lines have something connected to the other end so your brake fluid doesn't drain out all over the floor........ Fortunately after staring dumbly wondering where the puddle was coming from, I had time to bung up the line with plastic plugs before the reservoir emptied.

In my defense, it was down to 6 degrees celsius here at midnight. Brrr.
