Banpei's two door panda Trueno from Japan
I have moved the first batch of stuff from my current garage box to the new one, and it's my wheel collection. I think I will need at least four more rides to move all the stuff I have in there.

I have also been busy with repainting some interior parts on the driver side. For example, the driver's seat plastics:

Other parts repainted are the door pocket, window winder, inner doorhandle pocket, the two scuff plates and the cowl side trim.

Before any keen-eyed members comment that my seat adjuster handle is missing: yes, I forgot to paint that one, so that's still in progress.

Compare that to the left side:

I now have a two-faced car: one side old and scruffy, and the other side nice and bright! Big Grin

Unfortunately, I already damaged the door pocket:

Some time ago, I bought new fasteners from Japan for the door trim as the old ones were really worn down. Some of them wouldn't even remain in the door itself:

As I had to take the door trim off anyway, I decided to replace all of them.

Having those old fasteners side by side with the new ones. Probably, these have never been replaced. When the car received a respray, they sprayed over the old ones that are stuck on the door... And they are very difficult to remove from the door as the plastic just tears when you try to pull them with a set of pliers. Confused

The result is now a door trim that is once more flush with the door:

Oh, that's where those fasteners go. I have some from Flos clip kit.

They're also used to fasten the rear panels. I need some more as the batch I bought was just sufficient for both doors.

Progress on the garage boxes:

So far, I have hauled stuff twice. I think one more haul is necessary with the parts I'd like to move, and then I need to take down the wooden structure and move that as well. And then one more haul towards the landfill is necessary to get rid of the stuff I no longer need.

I've got a (somewhat parametric) wheel rack design in fusion 3D if you want.. but having storage might lead you down the dark path...

I already have too many sets:
4x 14 inch Almex Y3B (6J +12)
4x 14 inch Pizzacutters (5.5J +27)
4x 14 inch Celica Supra (7J +8 )
2x 14 inch Hoshino Impul Pro Mesh (6.5J +11)
Plus the set of Black Racing wheels on the AE86.
There is also a pair of wheels en route from Japan, but more news on that hopefully soon.
