Toyota Heritage reproducing AE86 parts

Time for an update on this subject!

GR Heritage Parts announced the availability of the front Trueno indicators.

The indicator units enter production now, and production is expected to be finished in February. Toyota expects the units to become available once the production has finished.
I did send in a request to have the MR2 front indicators reproduced some time ago. So let's hope they will reproduce those as well.

In addition to that, GR Heritage parts are now 3D scanning the two-door kouki Trueno tail lights for reproduction:


I keep my fingers crossed that the zenki Trueno front side repeaters will enter reproduction soon!

They actually also announced that they are reissuing 4AGE smallport head and cylinder block!

Wow! I looked at their website earlier today, and this news wasn't there yet!

And it makes sense why they announced this today:

There is one thing that bugs me on the block:

It appears to be a 3-rib block!

But have a look at the head:

That's a smallport!

head is a bit funky with redesign of rear oil drain, back of the head, and now all cam caps are doweled

Actually i think the block is a 7-rib!
Looking at other photos from the new block, the intake side has 7 rib, and the difference can be seen with my block that is a 3-rib
