Remember that the D2 coilover kit, doesnt contain coilovers in the rear for AE86 without adding to the price at realpower.
And the coilovers is not short stroke, at least not in the back.
I know because i wanted to buy the D2 kit and when i ordered i found out that the rear wasnt coilover, and the damper wasn´t short stroke. Thats why i went with the Groundcontrol kit with AGX shocks from Technotoytuning.

Im sure that the D2 kit is a good kit, and i recommended it to my friend who bought it for his Integra Type R. But that kit was also coilovers in all 4 corners.

i payed 400$ for a set of AGX adjustable shocks. 200$ for the groundcontrol coiloverkit. I then used a pair of old struts to make the same front coilover that Technotoytuning offers as a ready built set. For the rear i go TRD springs, wich run around 100€ each here in Denmark.

So a total of around 686€ for coilovers front with AGX adjustable shock and TRD springs rear with AGX adjustable shock. You then have to remember that this price is without shipping and TAX Confused

that's about the price I find at alot of shops, including shipping in europe it's still acceptable for me, comming from the US or japan that's to expensive, think I'll save a little more money then or buy something cheaper to start with Smile

Buy coilovers locally, get yourself some ae92 front koni shocks and have some shop do the shortening, or do it yourself if your confident with your welding skills.

There has been a few topics about what shocks will fit in the past. You'd be surprised what little gems of threads you can find from our glorious 2,5 years of existance. FYI...SW20 MR2 shocks also work. The ae92 shocks are shorter if I'm not mistaken. I believe that info first came from the dori-kaze website/forum.
