motor oil for 16V

Minimal as in my engine uses very little oil. I've read stories of worn 4age's that need constant oil refilling.

My driving style is normal i guess with the occasional spirited drive. I never push it when it's cold. I try to keep it under 3000rpm until the water temp is at normal level. And when i arrive at my destination i let it idle for 30secs before i turn it off. Maybe every few days i give it some 'pedal to the metal' with high rpm thru all the gears. That's mostly when there's some asshole on my bumper and i want to get rid of him.
