| extracted freedom ecu 16v ignition map
So i have extracted a 16v ignition map from freedom ecu that was lightly tuned (Map based) Do you think this map would be a good starting point for my stock engine with other cams? ![AEU86 AE86 - extracted freedom ecu 16v ignition map [Image: AEU86 AE86 - extracted freedom ecu 16v ignition map]](http://i63.tinypic.com/20b21qo.png)

Sure! That is basically "the perfect" starting point! | |||

To be honest, it's an odd looking map. you got 576 data point (32x18.), but only 200 are really "useful" (20x10) Appart from that, it should get your engine running.

Yeah freedom is a bit different The rpm points are not changable in the older versions 16 points For the mmgh you can choose how much it jumps 25 50 ... Intervals So on an older version it looks weird because injection and ignition use same setting So youre forced to use same settings and cells for both. The newer version can sets freely but i have not found out yet So with those ignitions i can run engine and set fuel cells?

If you don't have crazy compression and / or very low octane fuel, yes you're good to roughly tune the fuel table.

Stock compression and octane 98 At least i think engine is like that mystery engine but i dont see anything like tuning. Will also install knock light from g4. Thanks for answers

Car is starting and running. Letting freedom do the autotune on fuel for now. (Together with afr meter and knock sensor) Here is another map i made based on 1 from internet,it also has alot less points what do you think : ![AEU86 AE86 - extracted freedom ecu 16v ignition map [Image: AEU86 AE86 - extracted freedom ecu 16v ignition map]](http://i65.tinypic.com/21mtd9c.png)
