Thanks...very nice prices indeed..This is the first time I can clearly see that the US pistons have a lower compression ratio. My old pistons here have a very small dome to them, these ones have a slight dish. Though at that price (less than 1 new toyota piston) I would be inclined to make up for the loss in compression with a headgasket.

tidied the block up a little bit
along with the sump and engine mounts


need to decided what colour to paint the engine bay
white or black
white to spot leaks etc
black to make it blend in with the paint a bit more
i hate the contrast of the red against the paint, prob hate the white even more








conrods are off getting lightened and balanced with the crank and fly now

also ordered all the parts for my new filter set up

But why not make the enginebay dark grey? Then you can still spot oil leaks and it blends in with the color of the car.

my gaskets, oil pump, and racing pulleys are in the country, i know this because i just got another fucking letter from parcel force asking me for more fucking money, the vat was fine £13.55, its the parcel force fucking handling fee i hate £13.50 wankers
