Toyota Heritage reproducing AE86 parts
Came across them on Mercari. The numbers check out on the GR Heritage site.

I still have a set of gold stickers from the aeu86 shop but I doubt they're as accurate as the GR reproduction (no offense). And since I gave 2 trunklids I'm thinking of going zenki on one and kouki on the other, or (god forbid) Corolla GT.

Weird, I don't seem to be able to find those on Mecari and on the GR Heritage site.
Aren't you referring to the Impulse reproduction stickers? I do see those on Mercari.

About the AEU86 shop: yes, we only have the ones cut by the plotter. Those aren't perfect, but with some feedback and overlaying on top of photos, they're close to perfect nowadays.

These ones don't have the gradient in them that the OEM ones have. I looked into getting those printed a few years ago, but it wasn't possible. The main issue was that the designs for the gradient aren't compatible with modern sticker printing facilities: it wasn't possible to have a print that fades to white via a gradient on a transparent sticker, unless I went for silk transfer. The latter is really expensive to make. I was looking into this and found a sticker company that is able to print white underlayers, which means a gradient is possible nowadays. If you want, we could try to develop an EU set (there is demand for that) and if that works out fine create others as well.

Ah okay, I didn't know they had an official store now. Makes it much easier to order stuff than go to the local Toyota dealer. Thumbs up!
(I've had some excellent experiences with ordering GR parts via the local dealer Big Grin )

I assume the stickers you are referring to are these:

Unfortunately, they are reproducing the wrong items: the Apex Twin Cam 16 and Toyota Sprinter Trueno are both for the AE92. The Levin decal is the correct one, though. When the originals became obsolete, Toyota simply marked the AE92 decals as their replacement, and even my car has the wrong decals, as the previous owner also applied the wrong ones.

Yes, those are the wrong decals. I have the white as a full set that I had reproduced for replacing the ones off of mine. Being an early 1984 delivery, it even has a Toyota sticker that I haven't seen anywhere else either. I traced my original stickers and had them re-printed in white-on-transparent foil.

Compare here for reference:
