Hey leckter,

I am following your project, it looks very great so far.
I am also about to build my new shell and I was wondering how to weld the pipes for the seats on the floor without sitting to far away from the pedals, cause of this bar on the middle of the floor. I saw you just cut it off. Don´t you think it will make the body to weak at this place?

If you want i can send you all the pics of the body works.
Cut it off the bar on the floor don't will make the body to weak at this place because the pipes for the seat are very strong and are welding to the floor.
The pipes are the same material of the rool cage more stronge than the bar.

I am a standar Spanish body size. 1'72 meter tall and 70 kg.

What are you going to do about the engine? I mean, what mods will it take?

The engine was rebuild last year and haven't races.
I think is a good engine for start the project.
TRD ECU
TRD CAMS
TRD Pistons
TRD Rods (bielas in Spanish, it is ok in English?)
HKS Cams Pulleys
Gas pressure regulator.

I think is arraund 155 hp engine.

hey leckter whats up buddy lol you got alot more work done since you posted on my thread my project took a huge back seat to everything else but by the end of the month i should have the entire car stripped and the 1uz-fe engine dropped in... lol we wanna try twin turbo (one of those just because we can things)

Sorry for my bad English, i had never learn it. I did a lot more work since my last port, i´ll post more pics soon.
Yesterday, i traveled from Madrid to Oporto adn from Oporto to Madrid in the day to visit JonnyAE86 garage and take a blistein coilovers for my AE86.
For the moment the works going on the right way to finish in May-June.

Club-86, is a pleasure read your message!!!jejejejejeje. Is very dificult going on with a project like this here in Spain, my 86 is the only one Rally86 here in continental Spain.
