It took a bit longer to fix, as the template was (almost) impossible to find.
But the good news is that it's fixed now for the login captcha as well.
Brings up the question @FanIsHere: how did you manage to log in then?

We had a small server issue this morning: it gave disk errors on writing logs and after a restart the server never came up again. I quickly moved everything to another server, so hopefully everything works fine once more. Please let me know if you find functionality that doesn't work.

I fixed it: the dns record was still pointing to the old broken server. All file downloads should now work normal again.

Koen reported an issue with replying to a post.

I just fixed it. The reason behind the error is that the recent PHP security issue was only fixed in versions higher than 8.3. The forum was still running on 7.4, and this caused some incompatibilities and (unnoticed) errors. I fixed the error, but there are lots and lots of warnings on deprecated functions. I think this is a nice opportunity to upgrade the software to MyBB 1.6 or go for phpBB 3 instead.

Okay, it seems Tapatalk is working once more. I haven't seen such programming horrors for at least a decade, so I hope no more bugs pop up that are caused by that piece of code.

The issue is that our Tapatalk implementation is as old as when we switched to MyBB and I've only patched it since. I really need to look into migrating to more contemporary forum software.
