Plot at the JAE (UK show)
Rallying isn't my thing so I won't be going to that one. Infact I'm trying to get borrow my dad's AE92 for a couple of shows including the JAE.

Mine neither, but there are a few AE86's going and it looks like a spot in the paddock will be arranged. Would be a chance to at least meet a few other members and if your really bored, £25 buy you 15 mins on the circuit.

Matt....well rallying aint my thing either and so far we have 4 hachis going. but thing is there are some decent old skool jap motors there, starions, lancers and its a sdecent place to have a chat and check out the track action plus it aint too expensive either £8 a ticket if in advance and we get to park in the paddock.

and dude why so miserable  I recall meeting you at bovingdon a long time back at a drift practise day when i had my black altezza and you were well up for meeting up then (red hachi you had)

Plot at the JAE (UK show)
As for JAE, I cant commit, Im 90% percent sure that Ill be there in a Hachi, she wouldnt be up to show quality anyways. There will be be a few on the driftworks stand and a few random Irish lads, usual problem though of not having a club (or section of this club) as there just arnt enough of us out there, my UK puppy is off for a facelift tomorrow night, well more like a face rearanging Big Grin , was well impressed with Toyota, Crossmember, slam panel & headlamp panel for £145 & the guy actually knew what an ae86 was, marvelous

Pretty sure there is more people out there with 86's that would be interested in a UK club. I have even gone and set up a PHP board for UK 86's - it just needs people to log on and get posting so we can then hopefully get a UK event going?

Plot at the JAE (UK show)
It was suggested before that a UK group should come under the likes of this club as we are few & far between, keep a good community.
I know theres 2 new clubs in Ireland but theres no shortage of owners there, http://www.ae86irl.com & http://www.irishcoupes.com

There are about 4 peeps so far, need to pimp it out a bit more to the UK guys, havent bothered at the moment, as there didnt seem much interest previously. Even if its just used to arrange some UK based meet ups, late night dori etc then it will help bring a few owners together.

Guys, like I said in my above post, you are very welcome on the JCC stand, Its well known I am an 86 freak, so I have NO problem with a Hachi section! The plot is big and varied, we have food, drink and all sorts sorted out

You all would be very welcome, there are some members of this forum also on JCC, we are a freindly lot as they will tell you!

here is the post http://www.japcar-culture.co.uk/phpBB2/v....php?t=341

eight-six: Great idea! will the forum be Hachi exclusive? Ill stick up a link for you!

still no 86
