If i read this correctly you can already break the work into two parts.

Front suspention, rear suspention.

Do front suspention first (I know the rear will suck, but atleast you can concentrate on one thing first), then work on the rear suspention.

The for the rear, consider the costs of doing the drive shaft in 2 steps. I have no idea of the costs of modifying the driveshaft, put I can imagine that just modding your current drive shaft and welding a new rear bit on that will fit the new axle so you can first put the new axle on would be an option.

Then your last project will be the new engine, you could then think about maybe having a new drive shaft all together.

You will be throwing a slight bit of money away on the intermediate drive shaft to get your rear suspention up and running, but you'll save yourself a whole lot of headaches splitting your project into manageable parts!

(and score yourself some temp 13" 4x100 rimms cheaply that fit your current setup man, you can always sell them again )
