KE70 is nearly new from the factory from the pictures


I have one question for my project car if you can help me; are KE70 shock struts the same diameter as AE86 struts ? A have in parts KE70 suspension and want to use AE86 shock, but don't know will they fit..

ke70 shocks are not the same diameter!! they are smaller.
i had to look for ae86 struts for my ke70 too or my coilovers wouldnot fit.
steering arms are different too.

just get ae86 parts, much easier!

Early mr2 rear shocks will fit early KE2X-KE7X as shortstrokes. must be the 85-87 ones though as 88 onwards AW11 had thicker ones. KP6X starlet stuff also fits. Same for KP coilover kits, they can be found. Either KP or mirrored (L <-> R) AE86 camberplates will fit. Dont remember which for the 7X series rolla.

I know TE70 struts are the same as AE86. Was hoping that KE70 are the same ..

Heh, my project it is Starlet KP62.. AE86 parts are hard and pricey to find in these parts, KP parts almost imposible. But there is few KE70 corollas laying around

where did you get the Headlight Restoration kit from??? how much?? can i get it from my local halford??? or is it a specicial order thing
