Wink Can Wing Mirror Glass be Replaced?
Is it possible to replace wing mirror glass on the UK /Euro spec wing mirror

I have seen it done, think it was Aram that took his mirrors apart to fix them up. Dont know how they come apart though.

Can Wing Mirror Glass be Replaced?
Unfortunately, Aram sold his car about six years ago, and he hasn't been on the forum since.

I got my car with a broken mirror and took it apart to see what the issue was. If I remember correctly, I could remove the backing plate which holds the mirror, and, in my case, it also included the actuator to move the mirror up/down/left/right. You can see what I mean on page 2:

You should be able to remove the mirror from the plate and replace it.

In my case, it was no use as the actuator died and a replacement was no longer available. In the end, I bought a secondhand item to replace it.
