torque setting head cylinder bolts

Hi all,
I would like to change the head gasket of my AE92 4AGE TVIS Red Top (early 88-89 Big Port) engine.

I saw in the manual that the torque setting for the head cylinder bolt is (29 Nm + 90° + 90°) but I saw on internet that exists a new manual with the setting (60 Nm + 90° + 90°), it makes a big difference.

What is correct ?

Were the specifications from a factory service manual update?? Where did you get this information??
