By theory I'd say they offset the bolts slightly - I have the cuscos mounted on my car but didn't take any measurements, I got a picture in my projecthread - so if someone can take a picture of the OEM items at the same angle, this would let us compare. As I see it a combo of cusco rubber mounts and SP-Tec metal mounts would give you 30mm lower engine although one would need to makes sure then to keep the sump safe and enough clearance to crossmember.
