Voltage to the Coil should be?

|
With the key on, there should be battery voltage at the coil positive
terminal. This is measured between the coil terminal and chassis (ground). The coil resistance (measured with all wires disconnected) should be about 0.5 Ohms on the primary side (+ve to -ve terminals) and between 10-15 kOhms on the secondary side (+ve to high tension terminals).
