264 cams should get you about 8k... final rpm will be determined by the cam timing chosen, and engine management

I STRONGLY recommend investing in a quality engine management system... even running carbs. Get the ignition side correct, and you'd be surprised how much one of these little engines produce.

small port head has much better port velocity. yes it does need a bit of work to optimize, but it is easier then trying to fix the TVIS head, excess port size. You didn't mention any compression boost, so basing my estimate on a stock compression smallport with the mods you want AND quality engine mangement...

128hp and 97 on the torque side... measured @ the wheels.

w/o decent management - 120 hp and 93 torque

Bump the compression another .5, to .7 of a point and you'll be VERY close, if not over 140 wheel hp with proper management
