Don't loop the idle-up tubes....

The P/S idle-up valve allows air to pass from one of those tubes to the other when the steering is on the lock stop. If you loop them as shown in the pic, air will be constantly flowing from one to the other, and you will have a big uncontrolled air leak around the throttle blade. Your idle will be permanently raised, and you will not be able to adjust it down. Always block both tubes off separately if you don't have P/S. Cheers... jondee86 |
