It should have three wires and a round plug. It connects between the 12V supply and the injectors to limit the current drawn by low impedence injectors. The solenoid valve on the RIGHT it typical of the type of valve used for the air conditioning idle-up circuit. No idea what triggers it, but I would guess it triggers from the A/C clutch circuit. The car will run OK without the idle-up valves, but if you have low impedence injectors (<6 Ohm) you MUST use the ballast resistor. Cheers... jondee86 |
