Many people will have a different opinion on this. 4AGZE has alot more torque at low revs meaning in theory you can get it sideways more easily at low revs while with a turbo or tuned NA you need to bring it to higher revs. This in theory could make a GZE more versatile However, the drawback is that due to the nature of the supercharger, its top rev is lower, around 6500 rpm? And all the torque is gone at those rpms. A tuned NA or turbo is capable of much higher RPMs and reaches the required torque at these higher RPMs. So you'll end up drifting at full throttle, which is what crowds love. I think for drifting, NA or Turbo would be the 'better' if there is such a thing. For short track, auto-X or gymkhana, the wide power band and torque at low revs with a supercharger, can really outshine. Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |
