If the idle is OK while you have the AAV port blocked with your
finger, just stop up the port with a small rubber plug. Make sure
it is something that won't come loose and get sucked into the engine.

The other possibility is to remove the AAV and block up the hole
that is left with a piece of 5 mm aluminum plate cut and drilled to
the correct shape. The AAV is there to improve cold starting, but
you can crack the throttle to keep the revs up until the engine gets
warm enough to idle.
