From the USA: Dropping a 4AGE engine in a stock SR5

Background: I got this car for 500 USD. Came with a GTS transmission and a car battery as well as GTS fuel pump and GTS engine wiring harness. Car is not running and is missing a ton of stuff from the engine. However, it did come with a 4AGE engine.

Anyways I have ordered the AFM, Airbox, Hose, and Filter as well as an exhaust manifold. What do you guys suggest as the mode of operation? What would I do just to get the car running. Also there is an MR2 in the junkyard: what can I use from that?
