well.. it´s been a looooong time since I started this post, and after many of you may have found out in your own projects, it took me A LOT more time (and money) than expected (11 months to be exact). Anyway, it´s alive now and i think it totally paid off. Obviously, it still needs some work and a paint job but mechanically it´s perfect.
I put in a 20v silvertop with a blacktop ECU and even when it´s revving up to just 7600 (I don´t have a speed sensor connected to the ecu, the former engine was carburated), and without any big mods, only a port & polish job, custom header and a little more compression than stock it feels amazing.
