20v BT running rich

Im not running the stock 02, im running a wibeband with an Narrow band output connected to ox pin on the ecu.
Ya the chk engine light comes on after it goes off but when i jump te1 and e1 nothings happends, so i cant read the codes, can i jump te1 straight to the chassis?? |
