Take a look at the Nissan GTiR..it has a similar setup.
There are probably practical problems to overcome. Different turbo anti-surge setup (now sudden very high pressure in intake manifold instead of vacuum before turbo). Probably have to run a stiffer return spring on the butterflies. Fueling needs to go via a MAF or vacuum reference lines in the runners "after" the butterflies (this last option might be tricky..don't know how stable the signal will be).
