How do you make your handbrake lockup?

,

This is just a "fun car" wich will be making 250+hp,so maybe it will not be a problem,with the handbrake.

The only problem now is getting the TRD rear spoiler and a frontspoiler so i can get the car paintet,

Then to get a new WB ,as i have sold the one i had with the old car,and then getting it mapped...

The cables are fine ,but it´s just a really bad setup with the handbrake,i remember that i had the same problem on the first car that i had.......It was a AE82 GT twincam....
