Ride height / bumpsteer
Can anyone tell me what the ride height of a standard AE86 is please ?
Also when centering a steering rack can I assume that turning to full lock to full lock and halving the turns (i.e 3 turns lock to lock = 1.5 turns centred) will be the exact centre ? I'm having problems with bumpsteer on a non lowered car and have read that if the rack is not perfectly centred the inner ball joints will be out of line with the tca's causing bumpsteer, is this a possibility ? Thanks An analogue brain in a digital World |
