AE86 Winter snow tips?

lol but snow conditions here get really bad once it goes. It just reaches to the knees to ankle area. Onces it stops it becomes stiff snow ice.
Plus there are lots of hills and narrow areas in my area. But I just want better grip in normal conditions. Those seasonal tires don't do the trick at all. Plus this is Rear wheel drive here. plus I going to add heavy Rice bags in back. When winter is over.
