Sorry the link is in dutch but:
http://www.funracer.nl/FunShop/view_prod...D=97886950 Yes its a cart... However its a cart that is ROAD LEGAL IN EUROPE! Dangerious as hell but for roughly 2500 euro's you got it new on license and you can drive it to work and back on the public road. I really wonder how often the police will pull you over  It dont get any crazier then this
