you could make it run 11k but if you would do that for hours the engine will degrate very fast. If you want to run 11k you should take a 20v silvertop where the connecting rods are already better build etc.

On the rest a 11k rpm engine will be very nervous to drive so I would not go any higher as Jamie says and make the most of the engine upto a 9k mark.
