Yes I suggest to re-check the ring and pinon backlash.
Check the pinion preload and you will know if you need to change spacers(in 90%+ of case no!)
After check carefully the contact path and you should be good.

Also for lsd diff I highly suggest Silkolene BoA90 ls oil.
I have compare it with many hypoid oil and this one is the winner in every spec.
