i think you measure the KG per compression. (engine off meter on the place where the sprak plug is and then turn the ignition without truly starting the engine ?) then you measured KG. its normal for a new 4age to be at 15 - 15.5 kg per cylinder.

Didn't you rebuilt the block with an el cheapo head gasket?
