MS cannot be finetuned better then the stock ECU. The stock ECU just has a lot more mappoints to work with. Running MS for fuel only as it was originally intended will most likely be fine though. Using it to run ignition is a compromise on a peaky high rpm engine. You are using 8 or 12 points to cover 9000rpm..doesn't leave a whole lot to work with..
